PROJECT 1
MODULE INFORMATION BOOKLET
SHOOTING
In week one, Mr. Martin opened the module and described the fundamentals of 3600 video production. He also showed them how to operate the 360 camera and then gave every group one to begin with.
In the course of our first project, we were instructed to work in pairs to record a 360-degree video. Once we formed our group, we brainstormed ideas of the shoot. Originally, we planned to shoot in a park, but campus-only regulations compelled us to remain in campus. We finally agreed on shooting a fast shot in a nearby convenience shop such as 7-Eleven or Family Mart: buy an onigiri, chew it, and throw the package in the trash.
After we stopped shooting, we rendered the footage and saved it in Google drive, which is a secure storage place.
EDITING
The following lesson, Mr. Ridhwan showed us how to edit 360 degrees videos in Adobe Premiere Pro. We used the equipment and tested the various modes of editing to refine our videos. My cut was the final edit after comparing various edits.
Mr. Ridhwan provided us with feedback slightly before the end of the class, and we made several changes, such as including background music to enhance the overall atmosphere.
